Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and services offered by Shivaneri Institute of Vocational Education, a unit of Shivaneri Knowledge Foundation (“Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By enrolling in any course or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Course Enrollment & Payments

Course enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment or EMI approval.

All fees paid are subject to the refund terms stated below.

Students are advised to review course details carefully before enrollment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@shivaneri.org.

Refund eligibility depends on the course type, duration, and stage of completion.

No refunds will be provided once:

Course access has been granted, or

Classes, training sessions, or learning modules have commenced, unless otherwise stated.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Failure to attend classes or complete the course

Change of mind after enrollment

Lack of usage or participation

Violation of Terms & Conditions

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the student

4. EMI & Financing Refunds

For EMI-based enrollments, refunds are subject to bank, NBFC, and payment gateway policies.

The Institute does not control EMI approvals, interest charges, foreclosure terms, or refunds processed by lenders.

Any applicable refund amount, if approved, will be processed after deduction of bank charges, processing fees, and taxes, as applicable.

Students must continue to comply with EMI obligations as per their agreement with the lender.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, wherever applicable.

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

6. Course Cancellation by the Institute

In rare cases where a course is cancelled by the Institute, eligible students may receive:

A full refund, or

An option to transfer to another course or batch

The decision will be communicated clearly to affected students.

7. Taxes & Fees

Government taxes, gateway charges, and administrative fees may be non-refundable.

Any deductions will be clearly communicated at the time of refund processing.

8. Policy Updates

The Institute reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon publication on our website.
