The journey of Shivaneri Institute of Vocational Education began as MSME initiative in Maharashtra, with a vision to bridge the gap between education and employment. As the aspirations of youth expanded—particularly the desire to explore opportunities abroad—the focus grew towards delivering industry-relevant training that ensures global employability. To strengthen this mission and operate within a structured framework, the initiative evolved into an Education Foundation, establishing skill training centres across Maharashtra. Over time, it has successfully trained and connected candidates to international opportunities while building strong collaborations with global partners.
Recognizing the challenges faced by students—such as outdated curriculum, limited industry
exposure, and lack of practical training—the foundation introduced a holistic solution
through strategic collaborations with industry experts and national bodies. This recognition,
as a proud training partner of MIT university, reinforced its commitment to quality
education.
Today, the institute delivers an internationally aligned curriculum enriched with industry
partnerships and On-the-Job Training (OJT), creating a structured pathway for learners to
achieve meaningful global careers.
